It's important for a coach to know YOU as an athlete. Not just through email exchange or your metrics and data, but to know YOU. What are your goals? What are the obstacles that stand in your way? What drives YOU as a runner?
The RUN Albuquerque philosophy is that smart training starts with good running form and a healthy body. Deficiencies in running form and biomechanics will often lead to injury and can keep you from achieving your running goals. That is why we start every new athlete with a form and gait analysis. This can be done in person, or we can conduct the form and gait analysis virtually.
